Welcome Reception

This will take place at the Westin Zagreb Hotel on the evening of Wednesday 6 June (19:30-21:00). It provides an opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues over drinks and snacks.

Technical Tour

On Thursday 7 June (17:15-19:00) a technical tour of HRT's facilities in Zagreb will be arranged for all delegates. Further details will be provided in the programme.

Gala Dinner

The Farewell Gala Dinner, which takes place after the Technical Assembly itself finishes on Friday 8 June (19:30-22:30), will be in Gallo Restaurant, just a short walk from the Westin Zagreb Hotel. Transport will be available for those who require it.

Post-Assembly Excursion

On Saturday 9 June, all delegates and their partners are invited to join a full-day excursion to Plitvice Lakes National Park (see photos below). The park is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its outstanding beauty. Every year, thousands of visitors come to relax amid cascading waterfalls, lakes, fauna and enjoy the wildlife.

Please note that delegates joining this trip will not arrive back in Zagreb until approximately 18:00 on Saturday evening.

Accompanying Partners

On the mornings of 7 and 8 June, sightseeing activities in Zagreb will be arranged for people accompanying TA delegates. Lunch will be served at the Westin Hotel on both days. Partners are also welcome to join the activities listed above.
