Accommodation
A block reservation has been made at the Westin Zagreb Hotel, which will also be the location for the Technical Assembly itself. Facilities include complimentary high speed internet access in all rooms and a gym and swimming pool.
Important
Delegates should make their reservation directly with the hotel, after first registering for the Technical Assembly. At the end of the registration process a link to reserve accommodation for the Technical Assembly will be provided. You will not be able to avail of the rates below if you book through the hotel's public website.
The deadline for reservations is 28 May. After this date reservations will be taken subject to availability.
Rates
All rates are per night, per person, based on single or double occupancy, and include breakfast:
• Single Superior Room - €105
• Double Superior Room - €61(per person)
• Single Deluxe Room - €135
• Double Deluxe Room- €76 (per person)
• Single Guest Office - €185
• Double Guest Office - €101 (per person)
The tourist tax is (€1) 7 kuna per day, per person.
Cancellation Policy
The hotel will charge cancellation fees as per the following:
• 30% of the total sum payable if the reservation is cancelled 2-4 weeks before the arrival date
• 50% of the total sum payable if the reservation is cancelled 1-2 weeks prior to the arrival date
• 75% of the total sum payable if the reservation is cancelled 3-7 days prior the arrival date
• 100% of the total sum payable if the reservation is cancelled 48 to 24 hours prior the arrival date.
