In this EBU Tech Roundtable, Arnoud Delporte (VRT) shared the key lessons learned from a cloud production trial the Belgian public broadcaster VRT performed during the Tour de France 2021.
The trial comprised rebuilding the existing SDI-based production set-up in the cloud, using Grass Valley AMPP as the core video production tool. Other products used included Singular Live (graphics) and EVS (replays).
